LOVE LOVE LOVE this office! They made everything simple and easy and explained everything to me since obviously the words they used didn't make much sense to me. They were very patient with all of my questions and never got annoyed with me asking so many. Often, I get anxiety waiting to see one doctor, going to the waiting room, waiting for the next and so on, and I noticed I was completely calm. One of the girls sat and spoke with me while I waited which she didn't need to but I really appreciated. I walked in straight to the receptionists who was very welcoming, then proceeded to see 3 more until I was finished. It could've been 10 more and I wouldn't have minded that's how sweet and kind their office is. They also don't rush, if they feel like something is off, they'll double check and be precise. If you are looking for a new doctor please give them a try! Thank you all so much!

"This office is a disaster. Run. Run fast." I don't even know where to start with this place, so I'll just tell you what happened. My mom needed urgent retinal treatment--flashes, floaters, a small hole. The kind of thing where time matters. I spent weeks trying to get basic information from this office. Instead of helping, they: * Called billing before scheduling. I got a call asking for money before anyone told me when or where the procedure was. * Couldn't tell me the time, the facility, the recovery process, or even confirm what procedure we were discussing. * Told me to "just take off work that day and we'll let you know." Like I don't have a job. Like I can materialize on command. * Cancelled the appointment ONE HOUR before surgery. After all that runaround. After I arranged my life around it. The communication is nonexistent. Billing runs ahead of scheduling. Nobody talks to each other. You will wait. You will be confused. You will ask questions and get blank stares. The doctor himself? Probably competent. His staff? They exist, technically. But the operation of this office is held together by hope and crossed wires. If you have unlimited patience and no need to plan your life, maybe this place works for you. If you're coordinating care for a parent, dealing with insurance, or expect basic professionalism--look elsewhere. We're going back to our old eye doctor for follow-ups. This place did the job. Barely. But the cost in time, stress, and sanity was absolutely not worth it. Billing before scheduling. Cancelling same-day. Zero communication. This office is a disaster. Run. Run fast.

I can't thank this office enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. Dr. Barsoum immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for--like I was in the best hands. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and found exactly what was causing my eye irritation.

The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. Dr. Barsoum is exceptional; she is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to ensure you receive the best eye care!

WORST place ever!!!! Do not waste your time and money there please. Worst staff and doctors, i had a very bad experience there i regret going there so bad. They make you wait forever even if theres no one in front of you. Very bad service!

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Barsoum! She is kind, patient and attentive to my needs! It's so refreshing to go to a doctor who really cares about helping you. She explained everything clearly and I couldn't be more grateful! Highly recommend Dr. B if you go to this office!!

Dr. Barsoum is one of the most gifted and kind hearted individuals I've ever seen in this type of field. Was very considerate with all my questions and strongly recommend to anyone who's looking for a great doctor who cares. Can't wait to come back next year.
