Ellis' Family Eyecare

Became a patient of Dr Patel earlier this year. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. First visit had to be the most thorough and comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Explained how each of the lenses in my previous glasses were no longer working properly and that she was tweaking one side to bring them in proper balance. Recently I had a severe irritation problem with one of my eyes. I called the office and within 3 hours I was sitting in Dr P exam room and her doing another thorough check afterwhich she assured me it was nothing serious but that she was going to monitor it if it reoccurs. Dr. P is easy to talk to and takes extra time to make sure you don't walk out of the office with any questions.

Always a fantastic experience at this practice! My son and I both see Dr. Patel, she is so caring & patient! They make everything easy to understand from your exam through picking out glasses or contacts! Happy I found them!

Called in hopes of being seen on emergency basis. They called me back and got me in that day. Dr. Kirk was fantastic, so calm and thorough. She gave me her emergency number in case I had a problem. The receptionist was kind. Made an eye exam, will be a patient from now on. Very happy with this office.

I live in SC had an emergency with my eye. I left a message and Kim called me as soon as the office was open. Dr. Patel gave me an EXCELLENT exam. I have not had such a detailed exam like that in years. Wonderful staff!!!! Dr. Patel is very friendly and explained everything she was doing and why. I can't thank Dr. Patel enough.

Warm friendly expert eye care. Well made glasses are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Hugh selection of frames. Originally bought glasses at Costco because of the very attractive price but was never happy with the limited selection of frames. I now use that pair as my back up and got the frames I really wanted at Ellis and I am very happy with them.

Dr. Kirk was amazing! So kind, compassionate & patient with my son! We will definitely be seeing her again!

I took my child for their first eye exam. Glasses were reasonable and exam was great. What really blew me away was that they had the glasses ready the Same Day... that's right, the same day!
