Dr. Irene Tran-Balbin and her team at innovative eye care are hands down the best eye doctors in the northern NJ area. After dealing with dry eye symptoms for several years, Irene was able to help identify the issue quickly. Thanks to her help I have clear eyes for the first time in years! I would highly recommend Innovative Eye Care Associates!

Dr Tran offered a good exam 4 months following cataract surgery. She seemed professional & competent. The only complaint was the long wait. My appointment was at 9:15 & I didn't leave until 10:23.

I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Tran and Westwood Ophthalmology! Dr. Tran is knowledgeable and efficient and quickly outlined my contact lens options given the slight change in my prescription. I felt like I was in super capable hands. This is a very busy practice and, while many medical offices fail on service delivery when overloaded with patients, Westwood Ophthalmology excels!! Their office is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and work to get you in and out quickly without making you feel rushed. Rosaria at the front desk was so nice and helpful and Will who assisted with my evaluation was a font of knowledge and answered so many questions! It's clear that his optometry background and experience in the lab, making lenses, added to his expertise. It's not often that I will say this about a medical visit but I actually enjoyed my time at the office and highly recommend Dr. Tran and her whole team!

I have been a patient of Westwood Ophthalmology Associates, P.A since before my marriage, and my wife, a happy patient at Westwood Ophthalmology Associates, P.A. since HER childhood, now has passed from cancer after 38 wonderful years with me. Dr Tran misses NOTHING, always follows up, and quarterbacks my team of retinologists and glaucoma specialists intently, skillfully and diligently. Dr. Tran CATCHES AND TREATS THINGS WELL BEFORE I KNOW THEY EVEN COULD EXIST. She is extremely diligent, caring, skilled, thorough and intelligent and goes out of her way to perfectly satisfy my obsessive standards. I am thrilled with her; she makes it clear that she is there for ME; you will be thrilled too!
