I had such a great experience from start to finish. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take their time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. The office is clean, welcoming, and very organized, and the appointment ran right on schedule. The doctor was thorough and attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every part of the exam. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Pamlico Family Eye Care to anyone needing eye exams, glasses, or just a dependable, compassionate place for vision care. They're the best!

My husband waited 6 months for an appointment and they cancelled the appointment because "the doctor won't be here" and wanted to reschedule 8 months from now. For what for the doctor to take the day off and reschedule for a year after? Great way to take care of your patients! Anyone reading this; Walmart vision center in New Bern will take care of you and won't cancel on you and they have appointments open! $140 without insurance and you get the whole package and great prices!

The entire building is beautifully decorated and spotless inside and out. Their medical equipment is very modern and hi tech. The staff from front to physicians is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Very warm and friendly and great with my son who is on the spectrum. Been going here for 15 years and I don't think I've waited anymore than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is wonderful and Dr Doty is the best. He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. The prices are also reasonable and a lot less than you spend at the big eye doctor in New Bern. Thank you!

Oh. Oh. Oh. The very best card ever. Had to see a Dr ASAP for a painful eye infection. Then had to come back ASAP before the weekend become was still awful. But Dr reassured us it was proper treatment, just a bad case of it and to keep up the treatment. But call emergency number over the weekend if it got worse. And all of this without a proper appointment. Yay Pamlico Family Eye Care.

Great office, everyone is welcoming & listens to any concerns you might have. They're also very good at keeping you informed about any changes.

everyone at Pamlico Family Eye care are very nice and the young lady at the front desk I'm sorry I think her name is Hillary but she and Dr Kim went out of there way to help me with an outstanding matter. Thanks to all the staff for being so kind to me.

Lovely staff and timely appointments. Dr Leary is always ahead of the game with references, new ideas and applications. I feel I have the best options available. We have been going there almost 15 years and today was no different .
