Outstanding. Good investment in latest technology is always a good thing to see. Staff outstanding in every respect. I'll actually get my eyes checked once a year now. It is very clear Beaufort Vision has made the patient experience a real priority. Very rare in health care today unless you are in private pay arena.

I appreciated the excellent care I received from Dr. Patterson and Faye. Beth was so helpful and pleasant as she scheduled my appointment and helped me with the paperwork. Brianna was helpful and friendly at her front desk duties. Thanks to all.

They immediately took me in, did some tests, and then gave me immediate answers to my questions. They were so kind and professional. I have nothing negative to say about Beaufort Vision Clinic. Everyone was professional and friendly; appointments were prompt and Dr Patterson was very informative and saved me from spending money on new glasses before receiving cataract surgery. My experience there was 100% satisfactory.

Great place, staff was friendly. They removed metal and rust from my eye very quickly on a day not scheduled to do so. Very thankful that they where there and willing to help.

I recently moved to Beaufort and this was my first appointment with Beaufort Vision Clinic. The entire group is highly competent and professional and Dr. Gray took her time and provided excellent care in explaining all the results of my eye exam in great detail.

Great customer service! They are considerate of your time here. The doctors assistant came out to apologize because they were a few minutes late getting to my appointment. Everyone was professional and I was not pushed to buy expensive glasses. I would definitely recommend this eye doctor!

Had a good experience with all the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful in me getting new glasses. New glasses arrived on time as they said. Doctor was extremely friendly and explained the examination so I could easily understand what was going on. Only negative part was the added charge for using my Visa card. Nobody told me about the 2% charge added to the total cost. They told me it was posted at the financial desk, but since I paid at the front fitting area, never saw the post. They should either post it at the front reception desk or tell you before paying about the charge.
