This was my first time visiting Northgate Eye Center and I couldn't be more impressed!! The front desk workers were so welcoming and helpful. The waiting room was very nice and also cozy. They had a children's room which was so helpful and all the staff was wonderful. Dr. Parke answered every question and really explained everything well. Lastly, the gentleman at checkout and the glasses counter was so friendly and helpful. He helped me get what I needed and was so kind to my children. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing care. I was thrilled with their service!

I've been a patient here for around 3 years now. Dr. Parke and the staff are always incredible every time I visit. Today, I had my annual checkup and ordered new glasses. My prescription is high so my options for glasses are always pretty limited. Big thanks to Jared who was very patient and attentive while helping me find a new pair of glasses. He went out of his way to help me and went as far as fitting my old lenses into a pair of frames to show me how heavy my new pair of glasses would be. I left very happy with the new pair of glasses I chose and can't wait to pick them up in a few weeks!

I showed up 30 minutes early for my daughter's eye exam since we were already in the area and had the extra time. When we arrived, nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us when I checked her in. We sat in the waiting area for the full 30 minutes with no communication and nobody else coming or going. They finally called us back exactly at the scheduled appointment time. It just felt unwelcoming and unprofessional -- a simple "hi" or update would've made a big difference.

These people are so unbelievable understanding and accommodating! My sitter cancelled last minute so I had to bring my toddler with me. The doc and front staff coordinated so someone was watching him in a small toy room while I got my eyes checked! They were professional and approachable; the doc made sure I understood what was going on with my eyesight and what my options were, and I felt like they listened to my concerns from start to finish. Everyone was beyond kind and considerate to us!
