Cherryville Eye Care

As far as the office visit it was fine, now for the billing they charged my visit to my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance which left me with a high bill out of my pocket. I think that the patient should be informed of the fact that this is the practice. Guess it's my fault for assuming it would be charged to my vision insurance. After saying all that I will pay what I don't feel I owe. Watch you wallet if you go there, people are nice billing not so much. I won't be back after going there for 10yrs.

Today I went to my appointment and I haven't seen a drs.office run as efficiently as Cherryville Eye Care. The staff are super helpful.They're friendly. I got in 15minutes early, Tom Dellinger was thorough! The staff was in sync with each other and patients! I highly recommend Cherryville Eye Care.

I had to leave my previous eye doctor because they didn't accept my insurance. Coming here was a blessing in disguise though! Everyone was so kind, the place was clean, and my visit didn't take long at all!

The front desk lady was extremely helpful from the beginning, and had a very friendly voice and tone. They thoroughly check your eyes and don't rush and are very cordial! Even the try on of frames etc wasn't rushed or stressful! Highly recommend!
