My wife and I had appointments in succession and we were both treated efficiently and professionally. We each had full eye exams. With her exam an issue with her eyes was noticed that caused them to give us a referral to another provider so she could have that issue addressed. My exam went better but the Dr still informed me that I had some damage (age) to my eyes that wasn't a big deal right now but could present issues down the road. For both of us the Dr fully explained her concerns and the implications of her assessment. This was purely for our information as she never offered any "upsell" options. The person behind the desk out front was personable, knowledgeable, and handled that side of things very well, too. She took paperwork, filed insurance, and processed payments. She also helped other people with questions while we were waiting. We definitely plan to go back to this office in the future!

Dr Charlene was very helpful and understanding. She listens to you and explains things where you can understand them.Finally found a eye doctor I'm more than happy to refer friends too

I m doing ok. I checked the chart you sent home with me. The dot has not moved , the lines are ok to. I will check again when my glasses get here. The visit was great. I hope I do not have to have laxer, my mother went through that. I will take the blueberry's and supplements.

My scheduled appointment was kept . Charlene Singh was most knowledgeable, very professional I would highly recommend this Dr for your optometry needs.

The girls working there were nice but very unprofessional . Also I had eye drops running down my face and wasn't offered a kleenex or anything. They all seemed new to everything

I can say it was the best experience I ever had getting glass..and the eye exam..these ladies did a professional job..made the whole experience..comfortable and pleasant..I am recommending them to all I know who needs glasses..
