Sorry place to go! Last eye exam was virtual visit!!!!! Continuously rescheduling patients moving them out months! Confirming appointment with staff members then take off work and arrive for appointments to be told they no longer take insurance! When the app was confirmed just days before with a person in the office! Staff states that they tried to call but absolutely no missed calls from their number! Also ordered glasses from them and had them adjusted 4 times and still do not fit face! Was told last time just learn to live with the intentions above ear!!!! Horrible service! Do not recommend!!! Of course this is the new healthcare we live with! Before this place was taken over by this crew it was the best! Not it's the worst in Surry County NC

Private pay beware. Surprises around every corner. They do not disclose all true charges ahead of time. Even if you ask, you may not be told surgeon charges etc. They claim to give private pay discounts, but only a minuscule few dollars. Expect to be charged considerably more than insurance pays.

I made an appointment over a year ago ! I was on the waiting list but never received a "waiting " calls. I desperately needed an optometrist but I can not wait a year for an appointment! I have insurance that would have paid. I pay all my deductibles!! Best of luck to you !

Never received call about contacts coming in. When I called to see if they had came in was told they were in....let them know I would be by to pick them up shortly. Showed up 20 minutes later to doors locked with sign on door saying closed for lunch till 1:15 people sitting inside just look at you when at door and won't open. So now just sitting outside waiting for the lunch to be over so I can pick up my contacts. Would have been nice for someone to have told me when I called that they would be closed for lunch.
