Always Excellent experience. From the time you walk in you have 100% service from every staff member. The receptionist are always friendly, & you are quickly addressed. Dr. Woodard is always so friendly, quick, and explains his direction with your eye care. Prices are very reasonable on frames, and they do an excellent job on following up with you to see if contacts/& or glasses are working appropriately. As long as I'm in this area I will always be coming here for the best eye care! Thank you to the entire team!!!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Woodard in Graham North Carolina. I have always been thoroughly satisfied and completely pleased with the thoroughness of the exam and the courteousness of his staff. However, on my latest visit which was yesterday December 29, 2025 for 115 appointment I arrived at the doors were locked the hours on the door said 930 to 530 fine knocked on the glass saw someone went in there. They just looked at me. I was thoroughly confused until finally about 10 minutes later someone came to the door and said we were at lunch and I said well it's ours aren't put on your door because there was a note on the window. I guess the wind blew it off now ordinarily people would take a note to their customers or patients on the inside of the glass that we can read through them because you know glass is clear but these rocket scientist apparently take it to the outside of the door and it blew off. Never apologize for our wait the inconvenience or the rudeness. Once I went in and was checking in I was told they no longer accepted my insurance or the particular plan I had on my insurance now mind you I've been going there for years using the same insurance and I said since when and she says I don't know I've been here since May and I said well, I would've thought when you scheduled my appointment you might've mentioned the changes when you called to confirm the appointment you might've mentioned the changes when you texted to confirm the appointment you might have mentioned the changes so that I could have requested a change into my plan to accommodate this. They never apologized. they never back. They were very difficult to deal with and then I said we'll I'll talk to Dr. Woodard about this and let him know that you know nobody let me know this. Dr. Woodard was very aggressive and belligerent, which was extremely confusing upsetting and unusual that man is so warm and nice and friendly and just a wonderful human being until my appointment date. I don't know what happened to that office, but it was a completely different vibe. The environment was different. I told them my experiences in the past and why I chose to go certain different route with my eyeglasses at times because I couldn't afford his frames. They told me that was not true. I mean I was totally like gaslit about my past experiences there and I get glasses every single year and yet they they were just I'm not going back. I will not go back and staff was all new too, which gives me pause to think that there has been some violent people in that office that the complete staff had changed not one single person wants the same as last year now I know medical officers have turnover because they don't pay that much but the complete staff and I mean, like I said the whole vibe was was hostile aggressive I will not be going back and I recommend you take long and hard before you do and I know everybody has a bad day once in a while that's fine but when the whole entire office staff and the doctor are having a bad day at the same time and treat the patients like they're an inconvenience and a drain on their time and resources yeah I'm I'm not going back

I have never had to go back to redo my eyes exam because my glasses were not right. My eye doctor is very thorough with my exam. Gets my eye sight corrected back to 20/20 the very first time. Staff always polite and helpful when picking out my new frames. Price very reasonable. Always refer my friends to them. Thank you for all you do.
