From the very start with their knowledge of the VA trucker and scheduling , till the very end walking out with my paper work a perfect experience for what I expected. My wife and I had our first appointment today. Our eye exams went smoothly. They were as expected and were able to pinpoint our prescription quickly. Our exams were $145 each. I believe lenses were $225 and frames had a range but where around $200-250. The gentleman who helps you with your glasses is top-notch, honestly I've never saw someone more excited about lenses and frames and honestly the most knowledgeable guy I've met on the subjects. That guy was awesome! On top of that our frames and lenses were ready in 30-60 mins the same day! Great overall experience!

We scheduled eye exams because we were told we had to get them to use our insurance
benefits for sunglasses. After the exams we
were told that they no longer do that even though we confirmed coverage with our insurance. Waste of time and the man working was extremely rude and dismissive. We will never be back.

I chose this location because they had great reviews.. however my personal experience has been so incredibly bad. The office is clean and the equipment seems nice but the people who I delt with at the front desk were mean, had a short temper, and rude. The optometrist barely spoke to me and seemed bothered by my questions about my eyes. They spoke to me like I was in idiot and an inconvenience to them. I tried my best to communicate questions and eye care needs but they could care less. I walked out in tears and will never go back.
