I have to say that I am so very disappointed in the lack of care from Dr. Emily Rayner. Amazing bedside Manner, but the follow up showed her lack of care. Another eye doctor recently diagnosed me with Sjogren's disease ,which was what she called extreme, severe eye infection, broken, capillaries, tons of pressure in the back of my head and eye protruding ( pressure or eye protruding wasn't addressed but acknowledged) after the pressure was not going away, but getting worse, I went here and Medical gaslighting is at its finest. She started me on a new eyedrop andI i called wed & Fri morning crying in pain asking for her to please call me back which never happened.. Monday she got front desk to call me and tell me it could be a bigger problem go to the ER and stop all medication's wow Five days later.. However, Shay the lady in the call center they called me back Due to the doctor, not calling me was extremely professional and empathetic. If I could give just her five stars I would but the doctor I'd give zero. When you know something's wrong keep fighting. Don't let these doctors tell you something different. This is ridiculous. I don't need a generic reply. I need my records

I'd like to recognize Joe, a technician at the eye care professionals in Hope Mills near the lake, for his outstanding service. Even though I didn't purchase my glasses here originally, Joe took care of me without hesitation and at no cost. The results were excellent, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Because of this experience, they've gained me as a loyal customer. Highly recommend this office and especially Joe for anyone needing quality care.

I recently attempted to schedule an appointment, but my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She immediately asked for my insurance information, and when I explained that I didn't have it with me at the moment, she insisted it was required to confirm whether they were in network. I reassured her that I had already verified this, but she then said it was needed to determine which appointment slots were available. She didn't offer to take my information, allow me to provide it later, or suggest a call back. Instead, I felt dismissed simply because I didn't have my insurance details on hand.

I have been going to Professional Eye Care for 22 years. They are the best. Professional, friendly, helpful and clean. Even when the staff changes the environment is still peaceful and inviting. Would recommend.

I have been a loooong time patient, but I have a couple of complaints. First, parking is ridiculous and dangerous at this facility. I can only imagine the nightmare created for disabled drivers. Second, appointment times seem to be meaningless. I arrived today (12/10) at 10:20 for a 10:45 appointment. It's almost noon (11:55), and I'm still waiting to be seen. An hour and ten minutes wait time (and counting) for an appointment scheduled months ago is not appreciated.

If i could i give them 0 stars. i had a horrible experience at this establishment. I waited over 2 hours to be seen and still didn't get seen until after closing hours.

I went and picked them up and 4 days later the screw came out. Now just came out again now 2 weeks later again. If that's normal or just not.i don't like wearing glasses but never had this happen before. Just need them I can see!!!!!

Been a customer since I started wearing glasses 15 years ago. But me and my family have to leave due to inability of this office to provide care. Call in July and earliest appointment is late October. Waiting times for any appointment at the VA are shorter than that. That's bad. Probably due to the long appointment times. From appointment time till departure averages between 90 to 120 minutes. The issue of availability was the same a year and a half ago. So no change.
