The staff was very friendly and professional. The lady who assisted Dr Loudon on my visit made me feel comfortable and treated me well, i told her that i had white coat syndrome and she automatically took that into consideration and made me feel more comfortable. I also liked Lisa, she was very friendly and nice when i went to go pick out my glasses.

Appointment reminders were sent conveniently via text. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and friendly atmosphere. Check-in was handled expeditiously. The waiting room was neat and clean with the patient restroom in a separate area. Cassie performed a thorough exam, exhibited knowledge and professionalism, answered all my questions with clear, understandable responses and maintained a friendly smile. Dr. Loudon was also thorough and provided a wealth of information on eye health and recommendations for treatments. Lisa patiently assisted with selecting and fitting my new eyewear. There was a large selection of eyewear available. She provided lens options and explained each option. Lisa was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Check-out was handled expeditiously as was check-in.
