Fast and friendly, very thorough and kind. She took the time to answer all and any questions my son and myself had wee look forward to go back to see her!! I highly recommend this place to everyone..

Super friendly , no appointment necessary, willing to help in any way .. I rate this doctor very high on attitude and effort .. the entire staff was helpful and attentive .. my wife and I went and it did not take us 30 minutes ...and the pricing was super fair!

Had a misunderstanding on mine and the front desk ladies end. They gave me a call, apologized and getting me in as soon as possible! I have been coming here for years and this doctor is wonderful! She's very professional, polite, understanding, full of personality and always puts you in a good mood and gives you the best knowledge when it comes to your eye health! I moved to Fayetteville and I still come here 3 hours away for excellent care and service! Thank you ladies for everything y'all do and actually caring about yalls patients!

Great experience at Happy Family Eye Care. There was a little bit of a wait, but I was a walk in appointment and didn't get there right at opening so that is to be expected. Dr. Le is friendly, super knowledgeable about insurance unlike a lot of places I've been, and does a great job of explaining everything. Even on a very busy day, I was in and out in under 2 hours with no appointment.

The best eye service. My whole family came in they checked the kids and me. The service was great and the contacts she gave me were the best I've worn, no irritation etc. very pleased with this visit even though it was far away. I'm definitely changing to this Dr.

Wow! We were shocked at how quickly we were able to get an appointment for my husband on his first visit 6 months ago and even more shocked that they offered us a same-day appointment for his follow-up visit this month. Not only that, on his first visit he was given a prescription for eyeglasses that actually corrected his vision in his left eye after only 6 months. This small office is quite busy each time we visit, however, there is not an extensive wait time at all. He is always registered quickly and within a few minutes, they're calling him back for his exam. The doctor is very nice and provides the education needed for good eye care as well as accurate lens prescriptions that in his case improved his vision over a short period. We highly recommend this Eye Care center over others because the bigger "branded name" centers have scheduled appointments with us only to wait until the day of the visit and cancel the appointment. They're not worth it. But Happy Family Eye Care is.

I've been with her for years. When I lived in Craven County, which is 4 hours away, I drove all the way back here to see her.

I took myself and my 4 children here they're awesome! Both receptionist and eye doctor are both very nice young ladies. Made My kids feel safe and they made my kids laugh! Unfortunately we have medicade so it took almost 5 months for all the glasses to come in, but this being said it is not the fault of the eye doctor or the receptionist it is medicade dragging their feet! I will continue to go here with my children as we have established an amazing connection that makes it easier for my children to go and get their eyes tested and to get glasses! No this is not a made up review as some people stated in their reviews! This place is an amazing place to go to if you need to get your eyes tested. If you don't want to wait months for glasses my suggestion is to spend money and order them online all you need is the prescription from the eye doctor! Thank you happy family eye center for taking care of myself and my children and making us feel welcome and my kids not scared! You all are amazing! I come here all the way from reidsville and will continue to make the drive because the staff and eye doctor are that amazing!
