Dr. Todd is an amazing optometrist! She offers a 20/20 Plan that is 1000% worth it, especially if you don't have health insurance. The plan covers visits for unexpected eye issues, which was a lifesaver for me when I suddenly got sick with an eye problem. Thankfully, she was able to see me the very next day and took great care of me. I'm so grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and quick response. Highly recommend Dr. Todd and her 20/20 Plan!

Terrible service from the beginning! Went to my appointment (new patient) and waited several minutes after the appt time. I was finally called back and seen by/received service from several different people who never introduced themselves. I had no idea until the end of the appt who they were or who was the doctor. I think I spent a total of 5 mins with the actual dr. I was given a trial pair of contacts that turned out to be very expensive extended wear contacts. They did not tell me that, I found out after I got home a Googled the name of the contacts. I don't wear extended wear contact! They never asked what kind I wanted. I had to ask for my glasses prescription as they assumed I would buy from their limited and plain looking inventory. After a week, I went back to have the contracts checked and get my prescription for some daily wear contacts that I usually wear. A week or so later, while trying to order some glasses online, I realized the glasses prescription was not complete. The Prism and the PD numbers were not included. I call the office and was told I would have to come to the office and pay $20 to get these numbers!! LOL!!! Are you kidding me??? I am done with this office and will NOT be retuning. If you want complete, personalized, compassionate service....DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

In the early days, most businesses offer exceptional service, with new employees treating customers with respect and professionalism. However, as time goes on, some employees may become complacent, feeling untouchable due to their tenure or personal relationships with the owners. In evaluating Dr. Joanne Todd, I would gladly give her 5 stars; she is a compassionate doctor and a genuinely wonderful person. Unfortunately, I cannot extend the same praise to all her staff. While many are exceptional, a few have been rude, unresponsive, or neglectful in returning calls, messages and handling problems. It only takes one problematic employee to tarnish the reputation of an otherwise great business, and this is precisely what's happening here. A couple of underperforming staff members are driving patients away. I strongly believe Dr. Todd should be more vigilant in her hiring practices and closely monitor employee behavior. Additionally, it's crucial that any complaints from patients are handled constructively, without fear of retaliation from staff. Employees are the backbone of any business, and one bad apple can spoil the bunch. After nearly 10 years as a patient, my family and close friends have decided to seek care elsewhere. Life is too short to endure the frustration caused by a few indifferent staff members. If anyone else decide to visit this place - I wish you luck, I mean it.

I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. There have been two times I have requested time off just to go to my appointment and whenever I get there, they tell me that the doctor is not there. It's very unprofessional. I hate that they don't have the decency to notify you in advance and just waste your time. They don't Care about their patients. Also, some of their workers are rude.

Telee Smith gave me the best service im thankful for her

The staff was great. Dr Todd was very nice and knowledgeable about her field. I never felt rushed. Mr Todd was very accommodating in helping me with frames. I'll definitely go back!
