Warren Eye Care

2 yrs un a row, glasses didn't last a month b4 falling apart. Last year i bought a pair of Oakley frames, what i got was a knockoff. My insurance paid $300 and I paid around $275 outta pocket on top of that. I will never go back nor will i tell anyone to go there, ever!!! Thanks for nothing

Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Dr Russ quickly figured out what was going on with my eyes. I couldn't wear my glasses because they caused me to get bad headaches so I could only wear my contacts. My previous eye Dr just kept telling me I needed to wear them more and let my eyes adjust. I've worn glasses half of my life so I knew this was not the issue. I switched to Warrwn eye care and Russ checked my glasses and found the power was to high and didn't match the prescription. I had been going to Warren eye care for years but switched last year to one closer to my job. That was a horrible decision and I will just drive out of my way to come here.

First thing's first, they filed my insurance wrong and tried to charge me for a portion of the services that should have been covered, then argued with me before correcting themselves rather than just fix it. Second, I got fitted for contacts and they gave me a trial pair while I waited for mine to come in. I tried them on and they hurt, I was constantly using drops and when I looked at the package they had been expired for *2 YEARS*. So I went back in and brought the pack, and sure they gave me a new pair but these had ALSO been expired, these ones for 18 months. There was no apology just the excuse of "we don't have alot of people with that prescription". Their negligence could have seriously damaged my eyes. That was strike one. Strike two, I had my lenses in my glasses replaced. They assured me they clean the frames and readjust them if they're crooked. I got my glasses back and they were crooked and looked like they hadn't even been touched, and my eyesight was STILL blurred as if the lenses hadn't been changed at all...and honestly part of me thinks they weren't. I'll never go here again, and I advise others to stay away as well.

Dr. Warren had been my family eye doctor for years. Alway great service and friend. My vision has improved since I have been with him as well.
