Excellent practice! I had a wonderful first time experience at Carolina Eye Associates. Rhonda was so kind and helpful getting me checked in as a new patient! She is lovely! The medical technicians were very friendly and Dr. Faircloth was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, caring, and great listener. Afterwards, Suzanne helped me with my frames and she was such a joy to interact with! I'm looking forward to my next appointment and/or shopping for new looks as I need them. Bonus! They offer drilled frames/lens which is super great as I have not found another practice in the Fayetteville area that offers this. Thank you for the wonderful experience! So happy to be a patient here. Highly recommend--worth the wait (if you can't get on the books right away).

I've been going to Carolina Eye Associates-Raeford for approximately 4 years. I am very pleased with this office. The staff have been friendly and professional. I think the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Dr. Inman takes his time and explains, educates, and has such a pleasant manner. His assistant is amazing. She ensures my information is sent to my referring provider. How do I know? Within a day or two I'm alerted that it's received in my health record.

Dr. Inman was nice and ready to give me a plan of treatment forward. He inserted plugs and told me to not hesitate if I was still having problems, to come back sooner than scheduled appointment if I'm in pain. All the ladies in the back were nice but the checkout lady...... not so much. She was kinda dismissive. I just thanked her and left.

The people are super nice. I will first say that. Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with my 12 year old twins glasses. The lenses look very tacky due to them not being the thin lense. We addressed this to them and they said it's the thinnest they could go. There's absolutely no way their lab thinned her lenses. We made sure that we picked frames that would accommodate the lenses and was assured that they would be thinned. One was thinned and the other twins was not. She won't even wear them. My children have had glasses for about 3 years now and their vision (according to their eye doctor) hasn't changed that drastically to the point where they should look they way we received them. Also the wait time was about 5 weeks and I'm simply displeased. I've been wearing glasses since I was 10. I'm 42 and my thin lenses have never looked like my daughters.
