Dr. Huggins is hands down the best, most thorough and friendly optometrist I've ever had. I hope he sticks around for the long haul because I will go out of my way to see him for all of my appointments. Staff here is friendly and the facility is clean. Can't really ask for a much better experience than I do here.

From personal experience, your receptionist's evade responsibility. I have been going here for 3+ years and never had an issue, up until my spouse went last week. Have contacted insurance and have been told that benefits are available for spouse, however your staff is not listening.

The staff at this location is amazing and wonderful people, they are kind and caring and just an overall great location to visit I have visited this location in the past however because of my work I started going to the Clinton office. But I will never go back to Clinton again due to several different issues including dispute over filling an insurance claim for me, on top of that they were very ugly to my daughter when she visited by herself. that is the main reason I Went back to the roseboro office. And after my visit today In Roseboro I will never visit Clinton site again.

I will never come back to this place. At my last visit I came because at work the
cash register lights were randomly shooting bright lazer light directly into my eyes consistently and I needed a note to get an accommodation. When asked about it I mentioned how it was affecting my mental health and the eye doctor laughed at me.
