My experience with Triangle Visions Optometry was great all-around. I never wore glasses before and this was my first time to an optometrist since I was a child. The staff were very friendly and service was speedy & top notch. Dr. Lindsay Totten was very thorough with her work, and explained each step of the eye exams to me while answering any questions I had along the way. Once I received my new glasses, they were everything I hoped for and then some. Believe my vision now is better than it has ever been. I highly recommend Dr. Totten and Triangle Visions Optometry!

We waited THREE hours for a simple post op check! THEN she scanned the WRONG EYE! THEN she stormed out of the room and yelled at the desk staff for embarrassing her because the charts were wrong. Returned for the next follow up a few weeks later and waited TWO hours. The lack of time management is absolutely ridiculous! We're done.

You may get an eye exam quickly, but you will not be able to order contacts if needed. I called 2 days in a row to order contacts and both times someone answered and said they'd call me back. They never called back either time.

I have been going here the last two years and I have no complaints. The staff has always been incredibly friendly. They have good prices for people with no insurance as well, which is helpful. Due to Covid, your appointment will have to be scheduled about a month or two out, but that also means less patients waiting. I was taken back about ten minutes after arriving and had a smooth, fast check-up.
