My son and I had appointments, I had gotten the times mixed up, they helped me and got me worked right in! The doctor was super helpful and very kind! The entire staff from start to finish were very nice and accommodating! So glad for the great experience! It was my son's first eye doctor appointment and he did a wonderful job! Would definitely recommend!

I will not be going back. First I was informed that Dr Anderson had left then was told Lisa, the technician you see first left. I showed up for an appt that they made for me last January and was told that Dr Freeman doesn't work on Mondays. I showed her the email that I received from them on January 6th confirming my appt for today and was told it was for a virtual doctor. I have been happy with them since 2017 but this was unacceptable.

The moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The check in employee was courteous, very knowledgeable of what I needed to complete before moving on to the optometric technician. The technician was pleasant with his delivery expectations with getting tests completed. Dr. Freeman is easy to talk to when expressing my concerns to him. He explains the test results using words a lay person like myself can understand. Nyia the Optician, is great in her job. I especially love that she was able to guide me through choosing eyeglass products that fit within my budget and that complimented my facial features. I definitely recommend Walkertown Eye Care Center.

I had 2 previous appointments that they canceled on me due to scheduling conflicts. I call to schedule a new appointment for my child in which the lady replied "Nope, sorry we can't see him. The new doctor that is here now isn't taking new patients." Basically, dropped us as a patient with no notice. How do you take over a practice and drop EXISTING patients? She tried to say that it's a normal thing for all places that have doctors. No, its not. It would have been nice to be informed. I called Kernersville and got in for the following week with no issues with a new provider. I wouldn't recommend calling because front desk is rude and didnt care.
