Walked in to try and get an appointment. The next appointment they had was for Jan 6th. I couldn't make it to that one, but instead of just saying "that sucks" Amy helped me out! She gave me all the numbers of the different walmart vision centers and helped me get an appointment I could attend. She also helped me write down any pair of glasses I liked so I can buy them later! Very happy with the customer service!

Went into the vision center today in Wilkesboro. The service was amazing. Amy took time with a kid with special needs & helped him with lots of options & listened to him. She didn't rush & her friendliness was like she knew us all her life. Ty for making something that's usually hard a pleasure. Five Stars for sure.

I've used Walmart before, and usually have had good results, but yesterday it seemed nobody could get it right. The copays, what was covered, all of it wasn't adding up. I guess it's my fault for coming around their lunch, which I gladly didn't make anyone wait around to fix the problem, but the willingness to help wasn't there. I got my frames and lenses at my eye doctor instead. It's a shame because instead of having my glasses in a few days, it's probably two more weeks of blurry vision.

The ladies are great. But, do not let James Love have your glasses. He went in back to tight a screw and when he returned with my glasses one lenses had two long scratches across it. I am very disappointed.
