Eyes on Mumford

I visited there. Got my new glasses. Dr. Chow is very nice. Mun helping me a lot for everything. Priyanka also good. Mun adjust my new glasses. She is very friendly. I really like mun's service. Will recommend to go there . Thank you

The optometrists are great, but the front desk can be extremely rude on the phone. Whoever "Mun" is does not listen to what customers are saying, and seems to be comfortable implying they are dumb. She constantly tried to cut me off when I was trying to explain what happened, and exclaimed that she "had no idea what I was talking about" when I said I was trying to phone back to verify an appointment I had inquired about yesterday.

I went to mumford to seen Dr. French and she is very good. And Mun helped me for choosing nice pairs of glasses. Thanl you Mun you alwats very helpfull and kind. And Hardeep and Khang also very nice to help for anything. Will recommened to go there. Giving 10 out of 10. Thank you all

I went there on Dec. 23, 2024 for an eye exam and order/buy their 3-for-1 glasses. They got me my glasses yesterday, Jan. 7, 2025, which was pretty darn fast considering the holidays. *Note: they said it normally takes 3 business weeks, even they were surprised it came really quickly so this could be a one-off or their lab got faster lol.* The glasses frames seemed to be well made even though they in-house brand frames - better than other glasses places I've purchased frames from, and the workers there were all more than happy to help with selecting which frames would suit your face the best. The personnel that assisted me were Mun (pronounced "moon"), James, and Kiran. All three were super friendly and knew what they were doing, and were good with answering questions regarding frames and lenses. The eye doctor that performed my eye exam was Dr. Freddie Chow. The doc was very patient with me, despite my asking many questions, and the exam was very thorough. I'm hoping the glasses last for a while since they aren't as cheap as other eyeglasses places, but you do get what you payed for, at least when I visited. Check them out if you need glasses, maybe scope out if you like their personalities and frames first, and all the best with buying eyeglasses!

I went Mumford today to seen dr.french and I helped by Mun she helped me to choose some of designer glasses. Mun is very very friendly as always. Always smiling face. Khang and Hardeep also good. They deserved 10 out of 10. Thank you everyone

Mun attended to cherish very nicely. She was polite and took her time to answer all questions. She was quite wonderful. Am happy with the way she attended to me

EDIT: after 14 weeks (yes, 14), I received my glasses only to notice these weird permanent marks on them the next day. Waiting to find out what can be done about this or if I can get a refund. Not planning on getting my third pair of glasses here. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years, have gone to many different places over the years and this has by far been my worst experience. I'm writing this quite honestly out of desperation. Ordered a pair of glasses over 2 and a half months ago and another pair a few weeks later and neither have arrived. One pair apparently was in Dartmouth about 2 weeks ago and I've called numerous times and have been told they need to be "approved"(?) by the doctor first. The person I spoke to 3 days ago said she would call me back later that day and never did. My current glasses have been falling apart for months and Eyes on Mumford refused to help me fix them because I purchased them somewhere else. I have a very high prescription so if my glasses break i'm basically unable to leave the house. Walked into another place and they did it no problem. Too many issues to list honestly, I would not recommend wasting your time or money with these people.

Went to Eyes on Mumford for an eye exam with Dr. French and to replace my glasses. Both Mun and Hardeep were very helpful with my appointment, picking out frames and the fitting.
