The optometrist was excellent. She was very kind and caring. She was very professional. She was very patient. She answered all of my questions. She was absolutely the best!!!! She made my exam quite pleasant. The only problem I had was with the supervisor. I spent $486.98 with my debit card, and I asked the supervisor for my PD number, she said that they don't give out that number. So since LensCrafters don't give this information; I will not be going back there again. And so the (5) Stars goes to the ophthalmologist for my exam. And to the young lady that assisted me with getting my information and my selection of my frames. The young lady was extremely helpful and pleasant.
