I had a screw fall out on the side of my glasses tonight and the bracket was also bent a bit. I got there a few minutes before closing, and Dee (I hope I spelt that right) was super helpful and got them fixed for me. They now fit my face better then before and don't slide down! This location is great and the staff is super helpful and kind, thank you so much!!

I have been a customer here for many years. Every experience was fabulous! All of the staff is professional and courteous! Michael was so patient and kind with my 88 year old mother who needed to get glasses for the first time. Alexis and Hannah are very professional. They have excellent customer service skills! Shelia, she always greets people With a huge smile. She is professional and knowledgeable. She was so helpful when I was selecting glasses and helping with the paperwork. Over all the years that I have been coming here, the doctors have always been the best in the field. My prescriptions have always been perfectly adjusted for My difficult vision issues. We have never had to Wait past our appointment time. The office runs smoothly. Thank you all! Regina Ferro

First I'd like to say the woman who waited on my wife and made our glasses was very friendly. However my wife said she smelled of marijuana extremely bad (yes we are aware it's legal) but not very professional to smoke at work or before. My son said it was so bad he left to get something and then come back because it just permeated from her. She was very unorganized looking through a messy desk for my wife's and my information. Definitely room for improvement in this Visionworks.

I was treated horribly on Dec 31 2025 by an employee named tammi. She was rude & wouldn't even let me speak to the eye Dr i saw a readout 3 weeks earlier. When I saw the the dr she asked me to try torch contact. I told her I would but my eye benefits ended on Dec 31 2025. She said I would get a trial pair in plenty of time to get regular contacts if I didn't like them. She wrote it in my chart. When I went to the cortland ny store on the last day to get the regular contacts due to my benefits running out. She refused my request to talk to the dr. Would not give me my new prescription. The only thing she would approve is my prescription from over a year ago. In order to use my benefits I had to accept that prescription & I had to pay over $300. To get them. I refuse to go back to vision works plus I have told family how I was treated that my eye sight is not good with these contacts. Family & friends are very leary to go there. As I tried to get Tammi to help me she just got up & walked away. I could tell the other employees were upset & embarrassed by her actions. And employee named Sheila helped me order what i have but she couldn't help me get the right prescription. Anyone going there beware of Tammi

This place is amazing and they move so quickly even when it's busy. Alexis is Amazing! I love seeing her face whenever we go because she efficient and truly makes the whole visit!

The store is fine as long as you don't try to call in. 5 minutes of back and forth with the AI "assistant" and another 15 minutes waiting for an actual person to pick up all for a question that should take 5 seconds to answer. And then when you do finally get through you might as well have just suffered through the ai because the person answering the phone is barely any more helpful. So 20 minutes of my time wasted and i still don't know if they can actually take me, i dread everytime i have to call. Save yourself the frustration and just go in the store

It was the second time I visited that location to get my eyes checked and order a new pair of glasses. I was surprised that the staff remembered in detail my first visit which was a year ago. Dr and opticians are great, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Michael ! Oh, not to forget that they repaired my old pair for free!!

I went to the Cortland store. My appointment was at 2:30pm on Thursday, September 18 and there was a young man working who was absolutely amazing. He took care of me last year as well and he has THE BEST customer service skills. I think his name is Michael, but I'm not sure. He has long dark hair pulled back in a ponytail. He should most definitely be commended for his hard work and dedication to your Visionworks customers. In today's day and age it is hard to find employees like him. You should honor him and give him a raise
