Everyone always told me to buy a Warby Parker lenses, they are nice looking but they are poorly made. I was simply cleaning my glasses and they bent, as I went to bend them back they snapped in half. They said there is nothing they can do. I only bought this pair 4 months ago.

Chris was super helpful in finding a perfect frame shape and color for my face. This store was recommended by a receptionist at my eye Dr and it was a great recommendation!!
Unfortunately have to lower the rating to a 3 ONLY bc of what I dealt with as far as delivery goes.
1. There's nobody to speak to regarding delivery from the actual delivery service.
2. Delivery instructions were not followed and I dealt with it twice because glasses were shipped separately.
Warby Parker had no control over delivery once the order is complete.
Seems like companies nowadays from Amazon to WP lack good customer service and everything is AI. Terrible world to live in right now and makes buying anything such a hassle.

I visited this store for my toddler's eye exam, but unfortunately, the doctor wasn't able to conduct the exam since my son requires a specialized pediatric eye doctor. However, despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff welcomed us warmly as soon as we walked in, and the doctor was one of the kindest and most polite professionals I've ever encountered. While they had a nice selection of kids' glasses, they didn't carry the smaller size we needed. Still, I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, genuine care, and the doctor's outstanding manner.

It's a pity my insurance seems to have dropped WP (worked previously) but I did the eye examination anyway and I'm glad I did. This was our first time here and came from seeing their commercials and from my daughter who purchased from Warby Parker online. From the eye exam to the frame selection process, the staff was attentive and personal-we got good quality frames and lenses at a fraction of the price in the past.
