Our first couple of visits here at the Norwich office was great.. With very Caring, professional accommodating and welcoming Staff. Jacob and John are wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob is very caring patient and kind and will really take his time to make sure that you are a happy customer and help you to choose the perfect frame for you. Thanks Jay you make me feel very comfortable as a client And make me feel very taken care of I really do love working with Jacob he is wonderful and never makes you feel rushed They have a Great selection of glasses. My family and I are very happy here and will recommend to our friends and family

BEWARE. You will schedule what you think is an in-person eye exam only to discover that it is actually a telehealth visit that takes place at their facility. A telehealth visit is not a covered service by many insurances and Visionworks knows this, which is why they do not inform you until you are already halfway through your appointment, and they then try to collect payment directly from you for the service you did not consent to because they know they will not receive compensation if they attempt to bill your insurance for it. From what I understand, they haven't had an actual doctor on site in years and only offer telehealth exams at this location, but they will not disclose this in advance. If this happens to you and they ask for payment for the telehealth exam at check out, DO NOT PAY. You will go through hoops trying to get reimbursed through your insurance, only to have Visionworks deny it once again. The customer service rep at Visionworks informed me today that this happens ALL THE TIME, and that people attempt to get reimbursed and never succeed. Completely underhanded and unethical; staff is completely aware and no one is doing anything to make it right.

Excellent service just wish the dr was in-house instead of Tele med. Very busy but staff weren't short with customers or each other.

The Ai part was a first for me but the Doc that Describe my keys Excellent Excellent. And the tech at the End helping me with my Glasses Excellent. Thank you. For Excellent Customer service Thank you jeff. 11/28/25

My experience was awesome no problem getting appointment at my convenience and once in everyone acted very professional and attentive to everything I asked will definitely go back

Service was fine until we had to wait for the final step of frame fitting and placing order where we waited for over a half hour just for that. Expect to be here at least 2 hours with an appointment!!

All employees were very professional, friendly and seemed to know their job well. It was very busy when we had our appt, but they moved everyone right along with no hold ups. Service was great and they prices for exams and glasses for 2 of us was unbeatable!!

I was totally impressed with the virtual doctor eye exam. It was my first experience and I was very impressed with the doctors ability to do a very comprehensive exam.
