Great Experience. The doctor definitely brings a real approach does his job with heart. Including the rest of staff. The assistant was extremely caring and had eyes that cross my i's. . Normal stalking energy didn't feel over indulgence. Yet I was able to show after a heavy binder and they did their job with great compatence. THAT'S EXTREMELY RARE IN SYRACUSE MEDICAL HEALTH. Yet with such tactics used instead of people creating a healing atmosphere. I must doc one star. Yet, it's an EXCELLENT place of service. As long as there around their my eye care. The ophthalmologist is very personable and overall always enjoy my experience at this location. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the pair of glasses that I really wanted. Naz went to another Location to ensure I got the glasses I really wanted he went above and beyond and I appreciate that as a customer. Shakila I think I spelled her name wrong, but she also goes above and beyond to make sure that you're satisfied and her personality is amazing as well. This location is definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend..

The staff at the Shop City Location as always AMAZING, friendly, knowledge and always very helpful. This last visit was virtual which I didn't know until the day before. Though it was not an awful experience I didn't feel like I truly received that care you get when it's one on one. I will be sure my next schedule appointment is with the doctor. I will always recommended this location to anyone looking for good eye care.

The ophthalmologist here at this location is amazing. His personality is great. He Is very well experienced. The staff is amazing. Naz went to another store to make sure that the glasses that I wanted were secure. he definitely went above and beyond. The beautiful lady her name starts with an S , but she's been there for a while. Her personality is amazing and she's always very helpful. I love the staff here at the shop city location. 10 out of 10!! would definitely recommend.

As the last appt of the day - my expectations were very low. HOW WRONG I WAS! I was welcomed with smiles, upbeat attitudes and super helpful service!!! Cheyenne covered my entry and initial tests. Cheyenne was very kind, courteous and conversational in guiding me through the procedures. I inquired about how her employment experience was and she raved about the Dr. and Staff! (My last appt at Visionworks was on a computer and I was surprised that I would be seen by an actual Dr. (Dr. Gordon). Dr. Gordon was professional and went through my next procedures. He was insightful, soft spoken and efficient. Upon picking out my glasses - Cheyenne informed me of a great deal on frames (that I had to ask her to repeat 3x just to believe what I was hearing!). Shakeema walked me through what type of lenses I got before as well as readily providing me with an estimate without any qualms. Her demeanor was fantastic and I never felt rushed even as I was aware that the store closed at 7 pm. Shakeema also repaired my current glasses that I had bent horribly over the past weekend. Make this store your first stop in Syracuse - you won't be sorry!

The shop city vision works is absolutely the best. The dr is so outgoing friendly and entertaining. Best place to get your eye care needs taken care of. The staff all together were the best. Never will I go to visionworks on Erie blvd again they are the worst. Always choose shop city visionworks for all your eye care.

It was the best experience I've ever had in any eye care facility. I showed up early to look at glasses and they got me in an hour before my appointment. Every associate and the doctor were cheerful and hospitable. I rarely see this in customer service areas and it was a great bonus to my day.

Great online appt. scheduling. Easy ro reschedule if needed. They have great staff who interacted well with me and the Dr. is awesome.
