This place has been amazing with my whole family. Dr. Fox has been wonderful with my three children, my wife, and me. The office staff has always been patient and soft spoken when explaining things. Dr. Fox is extremely patient with my kids (7, 12, 15). She has taken the time to explain what things are, why she is doing what she does with the equipment, and has been very thorough in her exam, regardless of if we are buying glasses there or not. We have been going here for years. I have never left without laughing at least once. I have never felt pressured into buying glasses. My kids insist that we take them here, and I agree.
I am not a patient here but an optician at a different practice. When I called to get information about a mutual patient the optician who answered was extremely kind and helpful. It can be pretty rare to have such a pleasant experience when calling a "competitor" so I felt this deserved a 5 star review! Will be keeping them in mind when needing to refer my own patients!
I was there a few years ago and was not impressed. I was given a wrong diagnosis and prescription and saw better without glasses. During one test, the this or that better, i saw no change but was told i had to pick one. However, I decided to give them a second chance and went back today. They have a new dr that was hired a couple of months ago, and she is absolutely amazing. Very respectful and kind and knowledgeable. She explained things and acknowledged that my prescription was very much wrong and way off and that I had been improperly diagnosed with a stigmatism. The new prescription is similar to the ones I've had in previous years, and I feel much better about my vision and moving forward.
My only negative comment is that the front desk staff need to keep their volume down. I heard them upset and talking about drama with other people the entire time I was there. While It may not bother me, that's not very professional.
As someone who drives by this establishment on a regular basis, I am consistently disappointed and how pathetic, downtrodden and I'd lay the outside is and all around black of effort for landscaping. It is truly an eyesore for Beavercreek! It's ironic that they claim to be an eye exam establishment and are clearly blind to the outside. Perhaps they are the ones that need an eye exam! Do better!
6 Mar 2025. They don't answer the phone let alone know how to operate it. Instead of being placed on hold they hang up. Office manager work rather make excuses for rude, dismissive behavior from staff than dealing with the problem. Did not pick up glasses and want a full refund, they are only in it for the money. I'm not paying for poor customer service and will purchase glasses from another eye care center.
Please do not give these people your business, unless you are looking for a place that harasses and assaults their patients. Saw Drs Molly O'Neill and Cassandra Lozoraitis at different times. Both are excellent doctors. Had a follow-up appointment yesterday and will never go there again. The new admin staff has decided to deal with their overcrowding issues by scaring off the patients. Arrived 5 minutes late, traffic was waylaid and blocked at the door by a staff member, who it turns out was delaying me, so the new office staff could have time to finish canceling my appointment. They had to rebuild the appointment in their system and then, for the fourth time, demanded I fill out new patient forms that I had to fill out for each visit over the past two years, including the previous appointment less than a month earlier. Using the pretense of getting measurements to bash my face with the machinery, the staff was incredibly rude, patronizing, hostile, and dismissive. They Laughed at me when I complained about the assault. It was supposed to be a five-minute in and out, but the admin staffs Tom Foolery extended it to over an hour. The only reason I was given for such unprofessional behavior was we are very busy and overcrowded. I was the only patient present for over 40 minutes after the appointment was due to begin. Yet they had to cancel the appointment at less than five minutes past, while the doctor was still with the previous appointment. These people do not want your business and resent patients.
I've been going here for years getting glasses and contacts, and I came in one time and was treated extremely poorly was told a bunch of lies about things a manager could never even get in contact with me when they said they would telling me to go to a different location When I preferred that location. Also, recently I was in due to an error because of the optometrist and I told them this, but nobody seemed to wanna listen to me and they were talking about me because I was upset about the fact that I was treated so poorly saying good luck with that one. I have been nothing but polite kind and nice to them even though they're optometrist treated me like I was trash. I mean, why treat people like crap when they're going in there spending three to $500 on glasses and if you're gonna talk about people you should do it to where they can't hear you.
I honestly can't put to words the amount of anger and rage I am feeling at the moment. One of the least professional, most disrespectful doctors and staff I have ever spoken with. When I went to my eye exam for contacts I was nearing the ending of my pregnancy. prior to my eye exam I had called so they can order contact trials for the time being since I had none left. It took them over two months to receive my contact trials. After my exam I let them know that at my previous eye doctor my contacts were deemed medically necessary for the fact that there are two completely different prescriptions and that wearing glasses causes huge migraines in me. My insurance covers contacts. I know this for sure. I had given birth and it's been over two months and I haven't gotten a single call about my contacts so I contacted them and they're letting me know that my contacts are not medically necessary. If this is how the doctor feels I wish I had been called earlier so I could've paid for my contacts. I am baffled at the fact that they couldn't even called to let me know. I don't even think they sent my prescription to my insurance. Very unprofessional. The lady hung up on my face. I honestly think that these doctors are now receiving their diplomas over Google because they have no ethics. They have no morals or respect for their patients. Walmart vision has better staff and more respect.
