From the front office personnel, to the doctor doing the exams, to the people taking care of us in the vision works store, my wife, daughter, and myself were treated absolutely fantastically. Everything was explained well, and they didn't waste our time, but we're also not trying to push us out quickly to take care of the next person. A really great experience!

We went for our eye appointments Dr Kimly was absolutely the best eye Dr I have EVER been to. She was very thorough. First time going....the doors are locked so u have to wait for them to let you in. We didn't know. The receptionist and Dr were the best. We went to pick out our glasses and we warmed up to the female helping us. Glasses were reasonable.

First, I was greeted immediately when I walked in and asked if I needed help which is something I find rare these days. Secondly, they had a fabulous choice of frames. I typically have to find very small frames and even go into children's and they had a great selection that were both small and stylish and that is highly unusual for me. I actually had numerous frames that fit and were stylish and I had a difficult time trying to choose between them. The associate was so helpful throughout the whole process. The only unfortunate part is even though they advertise they take many insurances they did not accept mine because it was through social security. It was the best day ever when I walked in their doors and I will definitely be back!!
