Deeds Family Vision Care

My personal experience was amazing! Called for my daughter they got her in the very next morning first thing ! They worked with her very well ! Staff and Doctor were all extremely nice ! We will definitely be returning !

Excellent place! It seems like I'm always in a rush on the day of my eye exam. I have never had to wait long. The staff is very professional and friendly. I also love the warranty I get on my lenses. I would highly recommend this company.

Very caring staff. My only pair of glasses got broke. Every eye doctor in the area said they couldn't get me in until February. Dr. Deeds squeezed me in in 4 days. Not only were they very thorough but after my exam the ladies saw my glasses broken in half and they searched their display frames to find a pair to fit my lens and popped it into the frames and glued it as a temporary until my new glasses come in. Couldn't be more grateful for their whole staff, my family and I will be going to them from now on.

Worst eye care place I have ever been to, had to take my son back 3 times to have eyes examined because they could not get it right, kept giving him the wrong prescription. went to pick up contacts and they were wrong too. billing the insurance for wrong items. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. reply to owner: These were all separate instances in which we had to go back to get checked again, not for contact fittings. And no my insurance was not billed right, this has been an issue since sept 2020. I have called multiple time to get this straightened out but it never does.

The staff and doctors at Deeds Family vision were able to schedule my son quickly (same day) after another optometrist canceled his appointment the day of the appointment. The staff and Doctors went above and beyond! Thank you!

I've gone to Deeds Family Vision Care for 2 years. This will be the 3rd. They are freindly and professional. My exams have been thorough and I've gotten great glasses. I would recommend them to anybody.

Don't go here it takes a month just to get seen if you wanna get your vision checked please pay outta pocket at a place with cheap eye exams as soon as you bring up medicaid they holler one month wait then they make you wait another month just to get seen ridiculous hire more eye doctors if you can not supply the area of course we live in a under development area so we gotta put up with it

They are a great staff , and always get whatwe need. The Dr.s take extra care with every appointment never in a hurry to get rid of you.
