Walmart Vision & Glasses

The lady ordering my glasses continued to say my insurance pays for all of it and guess what?? I got a bill!! Not done with them yet!!

Paid for and received an eye exam for contacts but they did not have trials in my prescription. The Dr. gave me a different prescription to use until new trials came in and said they would call when they were in (which was fine) except nobody called me for 2 MONTHS. I finally called to ask why it was taking so long because my eyes were hurting. They said it took this contact company a long time for trials and they would get ahold of them and call me when they were in. 3 WEEKS LATER I called back..because of course nobody called me. The contacts were in so I went and picked them up. I called back 3 weeks later to order a couple boxes and the man on the phone tells me that I don't actually have a prescription!!! Apparently the doctor never signed off on it. And he is not in the office until the following day. Also, since I have to order over the phone (I work the same hours they are open) I have to order from their satellite location and have them shipped to me. No big deal. I call, order, but the office has to fax back my prescription. I called after 3 DAYS because the company still had not received anything. This office is THE WORST. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I'll never be going back.

Had a very good experience with them. I needed new frames as my old ones were broken, and they were more than helpful! They even cleaned my lenses for me :).

I was very pleased with my eye exam. It was better than my previous two.
