The optometrist is excellent, and he graduated from THE Ohio State University! And that is definatelty a plus! I've been a patient here since 2010, and I highly recommend them. The staff are friendly and professional; make you feel right at home. They have a good selection of frames, and service is really good. You get your glasses in about two weeks, even though they will tell you two to four weeks. Once I got a pair in eight days; that included a holiday during the second week after they were ordered. You pay 50% up front and the balance when you pick up your glasses. I love the service, attention to detail, and the genuine care from the staff. It is a small office where you can, and do receive, personalized one on one attention and service. The staff are professional; the testing comprehensive; and your prescription lenses are spot on. The "fitting" lady, Jeannie, will give you several choices of frames (she knows which will fit your style) or you are free to choose your own from their collection. Jeannie will give you personal, comprehensive service. She really knows her job well and makes sure that you understand the ins and outs of your prescription. She thoroughly explains any changes to your vision, and bring you at least five or six choices of frames (she knows you well, and knows what styles that you like). When you return to pick up your glasses they make sure that everything is perfect with the fit. I love Miami Vision Care and I recommend them to anyone who wants great personal service; attention to detail; fast return on your glasses; all at very reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed.

Very kind, patient and welcoming. Doctor is knowledgeable and friendly. The lady that helps pick out glasses is always so personable and patient with my indecisiveness.

I had an eye exam and ordered a pair of bifocals. I could see well at a distance but could not read my computer screen. I complained about the problem. I kept them for driving and a second pair was ordered that my insurance partially covered. The close up vision was better, but not good. Ordered a third replacement pair at no cost. They would not take the first pair as a trade in because the time was past 60 days. Gave up the second pair. Third pair was as bad as the second pair. I am now using the glasses made three years ago by another company.

Dr Hoffman is awesome, but unfortunately I won't be going back because they no longer accept Caresource.

I highly recommend Karl Hofmann and this practice to anyone! I ran late to my appointment and they were so accommodating and I felt cared for the entire time.

Took 3 months to get my regular eye glasses. Then took 3 or 4 times that my safety glasses were right. Took 6 months to get those. Then I still couldn't see out of them so I just took them and left. I'll go somewhere else and get them done it's almost time for me to get knew testing and glasses by now anyways.

Very kind and friendly staff. Dr. Hoffman is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain things.

Great people and they care about each patient like it's their family member. World-class service!
