went to try multiple times to pay an outstanding bill. the phone to call the office doesn't even give you an option to leave a voicemail to leave a message. was there before lunch and the office wasn't open even though there were vehicles in the parking lot. went back after their said lunch time and everyone except one car was in the lot at 2:30. make it easier to pay a bill, pick up a phone or answer your door. doesn't close till 5:00pm by the way

Made an appointment for my 2 year old son, we had just moved from another state where he had been recommended glasses. Wanted a second opinion and came here since it was so close. Staff was nice and friendly, the front desk staff and lady who was helping us pick glasses were super friendly and nice. The doctor was okay, I don't think he had the best beside manner, especially for children. I think it would have been fine it were just me or my husband but it could have been better with a 2 year old. I understand that it is probably extremely hard to do an exam on a a toddler but he was a little curt during testing that I was not too thrilled about. Overall it was fine, everything was covered through insurance which was nice, they had a great selection of glasses, but we changed doctors as I have 2 children and did not want to experience that again.

I took my daughter for her eye exam here. It wasn't her first time to have an exam, but her first done here. She loved it. There were books and toys for her to enjoy while we waited. The wait was maybe 5 minutes after paperwork. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The first assistant was pleasant enough. Not overly, but not rude. My daughter and I absolutely loved Dr. Snyder. Dr. Snyder conversated and explained throughout the exam. And thanked her for being such a great patient. I would recommend them to anyone!

I'm giving them 2 stars because the doctor is amazing and that was it. I ordered prescription sunglasses on 8/1 and just got them today (9/19). They request 10-14 days for the glasses to come in and say they'll call when they're in. Three weeks passed and I had to call for them to tell me they were ready. I went in and they were glasses, not sunglasses. Another 2 weeks pass and I have to call again to see if they are in. They were, and again-no one called me. And yes, I checked my phone number was correct. Went in today for my 8 o'clock appointment to pick them up and had to go up to the reception desk again after sitting there for 15 minutes. I've been here several times and have never had this problem. After this experience however, not sure I'll be back.

I have been very happy with my experience here so far. Got an eye exam and ordered my specialty, hard to find brands of glasses and sunglasses from them. They also fit me in quickly when I developed a sudden new problem with my eyes.

I called to attempt to make an appointment and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Considering she is the first point of contact please consider giving her additional training in customer service as you are losing business due to her lack of professionalism. If you're a military family member looking for a vision exam done, go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect. I didn't proceed with making an appointment as she sets the tone for the office. No thanks !

After breaking my glasses I called the office. I was told they would call me back. Its now been 5 hours. I actually called another vision center who worked me into there busy monday morning schedule. I am back at work with my new frames! and still have not received a call back. I do like Dr. Shroder - He does a great job! Hopefully he is reading these reviews. Its really sad a vision center where I am not even a patient cared more about helping. When and If I get a call back I will let them know I will not be back.

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in about 8 years, so to be honest, I was not looking forward to going. I enjoyed how comfortable and updated the office was. It was a very inviting atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. Dr. Shroder did a wonderful job explaining his diagnosis in a way I could understand. After the initial exam, he determined that reading glasses wouldn't really make a difference for me; however, he decided to test my eyes again after dilating my pupils and then determined that they would make a difference. I really appreciated how he went the extra mile to make sure my eyes had the best care, instead of leaving it at his initial decision and sending me on my way.
