Absolutely phenomenal experience the minute I walked in the door until I left. First time in 7 years getting my eyes checked because of no insurance. I wish I knew sooner how affordable they are. Hands down make an appointment. Very knowledgeable and patient.

I understand that people call out and times get busy. However, I have tried to get in contact with this office for almost 3 weeks. Every time I called, they never answered or were closed despite the hours showing they were open. Then I finally reach someone, she places me on hold to look up my chart, and the line disconnects. Slightly frustrating but no biggie, she has my info and I can call back. No answer...I call a few times. Nothing. I leave a voicemail letting her know we got disconnected and to please call me back with my name and number. Nobody ever calls me back. I really needed my glasses and it's already been a few weeks so I called maybe every 20 minutes, nobody ever answered. So after work I drove all the way down there just to be able to speak to someone. She tells me she never got a voicemail from me and that she didn't receive any calls. As I'm standing there, I can see the phone is ringing but she has it on mute. I have great insurance and can get my glasses for free, but I'd rather spend money with an online retailer than have to deal with this...

I love Dr. Covetta and his whole staff. Very caring company. Daisy and Maribell worked with me on a daily basis to teach me (at 55 years of age) how to insert and remove contacts since I've never worn them before. I will always go there before any other eye Dr.!

I could not be more grateful to Dr. Covetta and his staff. Everyone is fantastic. After struggling with the staff at an overpriced chain on State Road, I finally have bifocals that are properly calibrated and I am to read again with a putting a crick in my neck.

We literally have no other option with our insurance. This place is the worst the owner needs to sell the business, hire more help or just retire all together. We've been trying to get an appointment for days calling and calling leaving voicemails every 30 minutes and no one wants to pickup. Their hours they are magically open are so inconvenient and off schedule you will never have time to go unless you take PTO lmao.

I'm so glad I went to Dr. Covetta. Dr. Covetta and his staff were so kind and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and he cares a lot about his patients. I highly recommend going to him.
