Dr. Stapleton was very thorough, as always, and answered all my questions during this diabetic and glaucoma eye exam. He gave me a clear pathway to potential future treatment options, and his conservative approach and pleasant demeanor were welcomed. I did not receive refraction exam on this visit per my request, and there were no issues or pressure to do so. The optician who ran my Medicare payment through was very helpful...she was not on the local team but was filling in.

My husband and I have been going to the Clarkson Eyecare for a couple of years now and we love Dr. Stapleton. He takes his time, explains what's going on, if next steps are needed, etc., .... He's awesome and we highly recommend him! They do need to get the bugs taken care of in their new computer system. I haven't been able to setup an account in their patient portal, I wasn't able to complete the pre-appointment paperwork .... Very frustrating so hopefully they will get that fixed soon.
