Reconsider go somewhere else. Where do I start. Wife and I went here for our glasses asked to be called when both our glasses were in. Received a call and take time off work to drive there only to find just the wife's glasses were in. Next day her lenses are falling out of the frames she called and was told that she received the last of the frames in that style so she would have to pay for new lenses for a different set of frames. Oh frames were covered but since no other frames like that are available need new lenses. Finally get call on mine so just wait till her new are in. Go pick them up and tell them my vision is blurry told don't worry I'll get used to it. 3 days of headaches stopped wearing them and since all the issues with the wife just decided to chalk it up to a bad experience. Until yesterday almost a year later I get a bill saying I owe more money. Can't get in touch with anyone at the office due to very limited hours. I paid in full when glasses were ordered. I definitely recommend going somewhere else. VERY BAD SERVICE AND QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES.

The doctor and staff are great. We go there annually for checkup and glasses. Dr Peters is always available when I do something I'll advised. She always fixes my pry.

All staff is very friendly and helpful, short wait time and good selection of eyeglasses.

My husband has been going to you for a while. This last time he was not satisfied and took his glasses back and no one would help him. We spent a lot of money for them with our insurance and what we had to pay out. He will never be going back and would not recommend you to anyone. Mt Sterling Eyecare called my husband and had him come back and they fixed his problem with his glasses. He is very happy with them now. I appreciate Mt Sterling Eyecare taking extra care of my husband and getting the correct glasses for him. We recommend them to everyone.

I haven't been back in quite a while. The last pair of glasses I got were horrible. I've never been able to see out of them. I didn't get much assistance from the staff member either. I feel as if no one listens to me there anymore. To be honest, I miss the old regime of docs and staff. I used to rave about this place. It's very disappointing.

The staff is wonderful. They accept all the the most common insurances. They are extremely convenient being located where they are too. Don't have to go to Grove City or Washington Courthouse to get good eye care

I was helping my sister pick out her glasses when a lady named Marcy was being rude to another customer. Marcy was unprofessional and rude to a gentleman that had questions concerning his insurance. My sister and I couldn't believe the attitude Marcy had with a CUSTOMER. Teresa helped the customer and calmed him down.

They gave me the wrong glasses had to wait hoping to get the correct ones. Still couldn't see. My adult daughter took her glasses in to have a screw replaced in her glasses and she got them back cracked and bent. Never again!
