Dr. Fam is wonderful as well the opticians and the ladies that check you in. The receptionist that checks you out is not very personable. It's not been just a one time instance. A welcoming and communicative approach would improve overall patient experience.

I went to Trillium Vision Care where I had gone most of my life (Dr. Ditto). The woman doctor was excellent very though. I have Medicare and Medicaid through United Healthcare Dual Plan. I keep getting bills for 122.00. I don't understand when I have 2 insurances why I am receiving bills?
