Dr. VanDerPloeg was wonderful to work with! From my first phone call (receptionist was so kind!) to being greeted at the door as I came in with two babies attached to me. They were so accommodating and understanding of me having my kiddos with me. Their office was so warm and friendly. Loved their holiday decorations, too! Zach was fantastic helping with the eye exam portion and Dr V. made sure I was comfortable in my new contacts, answered all my questions, etc.! 10/10 experience and overall the best customer service. It did not feel like the typical experience you'd have at a mall eyewear store. I will definitely be returning!

Exceptional experience. I felt totally at ease, front desk staff was extremely friendly and told me to make myself at home. The young man who did all of the tests and photos was quick and efficient and explained everything clearly. the Doctor was knowledgeable, personable, and educated me on what my eyes were doing. He gave me recommendations, answered all of my questions, and there was no pressure to buy their glasses or sign up for any "memberships" or anything of the sort. Facility was welcoming, clean, and orderly. 10/10 would recommend.
