Dr. Jacoby is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and takes his time to explain everything and answer all of your questions. His staff is very professional and friendly. They are very personable and have great advice about frame choices. Speaking of frame choices, they have a great selection of stylish frames that are also very functional. It is very easy to see their selection. I'm glad that I chose this practice for my eye care needs, will definitely go back and will HIGHLY recommend this group to anyone and everyone looking for an eye doctor and eye glass provider. Definitely worth it.

Overall great experience from start to finish with Dr. Jacoby and his entire staff. My wife and I came here after the Stanton Optical location we went to a few years ago changed from an in-person exam to the optometrist being remote. We turned to Premier Vision Group being local and Dr. Jacoby is not on a TV screen in Oregon or somewhere else in the country. Polite, professional, and while one may be able to buy glasses elsewhere for less money they more than make up for it in the quality of product and service. Just keep in mind without insurance the eye exam is $200. However, I will say that I don't remember the last time I went two weeks without a headache. I truly believe my prior eye exam at Stanton was off as I had two pairs of glasses--not so great and even worse. Not the case anymore. Furthermore, Amber explained in detail lens material, coatings, and which ones would best suit our prescription and daily activities. Laura? was also great with fit and what to do if we have any future concerns or issues. I would recommend Dr. Jacoby and Premier Vision Group to anybody as eyesight is IMO not an item to cut corners using a big chain company. The bad review on here IMO should be not be taken seriously as their issue was before the practice was purchased and relocated with entirely different O.D. and staff.

I don't think I have enough space to type out how great this place is. Dr. Jacoby and his staff are AMAZING! Especially Stacey! I had to come back to the office twice because I had trouble getting comfortable with contacts for the first time. Stacey was so patient and understanding. She cheered me along the entire time and I cannot stress enough was SO patient with me. It took me 2 hours to put on and off contacts... embarrassing I know! But they didn't make me feel that way! Dr. Jacoby and Stacey reassured me that contacts take getting used to and that I could do it. I left there feeling so proud of myself and so beyond thankful to have an eye office so understanding here in Northwood. If you are looking for a place that is patient, kind, down to earth and just all around amazing - do NOT look anywhere else! I promise you, you will not leave here disappointed and they will make you want to come back just to visit! :)

It's finally nice having an optometrist group who cares about their clients and all of their vision needs. I've had glasses that are really my eyes for over thirty years. The doctors and everyone there all listen to my needs and are so easy to work with. I truly recommend these people above all, that are in the Toledo area.
