: Terrible experience trying to schedule an eye appointment at this practice, despite being recommended by my husband and his family. The person I spoke to was extremely curt and rude. When I tried to inquire about my vision insurance, she snapped at me saying they needed my medical card, not vision insurance. Repeatedly explaining this was for an eye appointment didn't help. Very unprofessional and unwelcome atmosphere. Would not recommend. I'll be sharing my concerns with the practice and my family. T. Dalessandro

The OCT scans they performed delivered high-resolution, cross-sectional images of my retina, helping to diagnose conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration at an early stage. The retinal camera they used replaced traditional dilation exams, allowing me to have a thorough checkup without brightness sensitivity afterward.
