If you need serious attention or maybe are a current customer, maybe this place is ok. My daughter loves it, but she has a different doctor than the one I saw. Bradley Ortisi, I believe. My doctor was Harry Davis. I am 60, with diabetes. I told him that I could see the edge of my lens, had major 'floaties' in one eye and could not see completely clearly past a couple of feet. He said my retina detached and it just happens sometimes and should clear up in 90 days or so. Said I just needed 1.25 readers. Appointment just lasted 7 minutes. That was a year ago. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience for him. Still have the floaties. Still can't see unless I put readers on and pull whatever I am trying to read right up to my face. I'd love to see my grandbabies clearly from across the room, but that won't happen until I get to a real eye doctor that takes the time to really care and give me the prescription that I need. Maybe this year if I can find a new eye doctor. I won't say the place is bad because my daughter has been going there for years and loves it. Just make sure you don't get Harry. Can't bring myself to call him a doctor because he felt more like a bored customer service agent who just wanted to get me off the call as fast as possible and didn't care if he actually helped or not. Apparently he works in Bellefontaine as well. Caveat Emptor. One star because zero stars is not an option. And again, for the "doctor", not the office.

Last year when I got glasses the doctor refused to address my double vision even though I specifically told him I needed the prism in my lenses. He preceeded to tell me it wasn't worth putting in because it was such an insignificant "number" on paper but here I've been trying to figure out which one of the 3 roads I see I'm suppose to travel on. Struggling at work because of the double vision and within the past year my eyesight has become significantly worse.

Have had my eye appointments and glasses and contacts done here for years, the staff is friendly and things run nicely.

Waited a month for an appointment, then another week for my glasses. Wich I had to call yo check about because their staff didn't contact me. All the while I can't legally drive. Will be going to the one hour place down the road for my future needs

Most of the time, I have had pretty good experiences. Today, however, I was asking questions and the doctor acted like he didn't have time to answer them. Today, I'd give a 1 star just for the doctor. Quality should always come before quantity.

First time visit and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I love how they price match on contacts! Happy I switched from my old doctor.

Been going here since I was a kid. From glasses, contacts, lasik referral, and routine exams and follow ups. Always has been honest and efficient service.

Easy to book an appointment, staff was nice, doc was great, got seen quickly, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg even without insurance. Out of 4 other places I checked out, this was easily the best.
