Following each appointment, I leave feeling assured and thoroughly informed regarding our care plan and the expectations for our next visit. Great people and a great experience.

The doctors are knowledgeable and extremely good at their profession. The front end staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and hek. I damaged my glasses on October 24,2024 and on Saturday October 26 2024 I took my glasses in to see if they could repair them. I was informed that the damage was pretty severe and they could break during the repair. I told the nice person to go ahead and try to fix them. She took them in the back for approximately 5 minutes. She brought them out and they fit just like the first day I got them. I will NEVER go to another eye doctor. These people are true professionals at their job!!

Great staff and Dr's here they have gone above and beyond for my family. My son has had welders flash and a piece of metal in his eye. I Called when there wasn't a Dr in and she came in especially to take care of his eye. She did an amazing job! Highly recommend Waynesburg Vision. They have been great for glasses too for my husband and I. Super friendly atmosphere :) Thank you Waynesburg Vision for going above and beyond this year for my family.

Dr Kail and his staff are extremely competent, efficient, kind, and friendly. My husband and I have been going to him for 20 plus years. He has taken careful care of our eyes through the years, post successful lensectomies, and through my husband's diabetes. He is an honorable family man, and gives his skills and heart to others through his international Cross-eyed Missions efforts. The technicians are patient and helpful when choosing and fittings frames and making adjustmenta and repairs,. etc. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Finally, they all accomplish this while. being extremely busy. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Thank you to all the staff for taking care of this family every time we come in. Well let me tell you something about this place. There are seriously some awesome people that work here. I have been going here for a few years now and they have been there for me through some seriously hard times. I only had a flip phone a few years ago and I wasnt sure if I should even drive that far for an appointment. I have to say, I live in Canton Ohio and they are more than worth the driveMy son kept breaking his glasses. He has Autism and doesnt know how to take care of things well. They helped me through it. They are patient with me and mean the world to me.

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Dr. Kail is wonderful. Is extremely nice and knows what he's doing. Please take all your old glasses there because he uses them for cross eyed mission also empty pill bottles.

Believe the hype - this is a great place! They are very family oriented, great with kids, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and rigorously thorough. They also do charitable work around the world. I was so impressed that I immediately had my entire family switch optometrists to these guys. Prices are similar with most other places. Check them out. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr Kail since grade school, our whole family has been going there for years. Dr Kail and his staff are great people providing great care. Iam extremely thankful for all he does!
