Small Town Eye Care

First visit with the doctor went well with my children! What we didn't like was an employee the lady with the long hair was very rude and loud! As I was checking out she had a customer come in and she was nasty with him !! Not sure if we want to return after we pick up our glasses! That's why I gave 4 stars the doctor was nice and the employee with short hair!

My experience today was phenomenal. I'm a new patient. I had to fill out a "New patient form". I've done this so many times and every single time the doctor walks into the room asking me all the same questions I already answered. That did not happen this time. This time every concern was addressed. I walked away overwhelmed with the information I was given. This is my new Optometrist. All three of of you, Chef's kiss!

This place is hands-down one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. I'd highly recommend them. The doctor was absolutely phenomenal and the gal at the front desk was very friendly ad well. They were very organized, I did not have to wait long, and the appointment moved quickly. Having worked for and with doctors in the past and there are very few medical practices you go into where you really enjoy the appointment. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had at an optometrist office. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping patients. The doctor was rushed, dismissive, and barely explained anything about my prescription. The equipment looked outdated, and the office itself was filthy--dust everywhere and smudges on every surface. To top it off, they messed up my prescription, and now I'm stuck squinting at everything until I can find a competent optometrist. Avoid this place like the plague.

The staff was friendly and tried to provide good service but I was not completely satisfied with the overall quality of care. I felt the vision exam with Dr. Hill was rushed. Then when I was picking out frames, the young assistant/optician was handing me frames and making recommendations faster than I could try them on. At one point I had 3 or 4 pairs of glasses in my hands. I felt pressured into a decision and ultimately selected a pair of frames that is too narrow for the bridge of my nose and hurts to wear after a few minutes. I might have discovered this before buying them if the process was more relaxed. Unfortunately, I cannot wear them, so after spending $200+ they are just going to be my backup glasses, and I have to go back to wearing my old glasses. This is partially my fault for not speaking up. But anyway, my recommendation to the doctors and staff is to slow down, and spend more time asking your patients if they are comfortable, need more time, or have any questions.

Start to finish was a fantastic experience, great addition to wellington and would recommend to anyone looking for eye care. Doc was very clear on costs and caring! Thank you!! Although I was the patient, they were patient themselves while we sorted my insurance out!

I seen Dr Hill a few years ago...when I got my 1st pair of glasses with bifocals. I also had thick lenses due to the astigmatism I have. Dr Hill and her staff made me feel at ease and also able to fit me with a pair of glasses that wasn't as thick as I have had in the past. Then I went back to her this year. She and her staff was as I remembered. Kind, Friendly and put me at ease right away.I highly recommend her
