I highly recommend this place! The office staff is fantastic, and everything is very clean and hygienic. Lisa did a great job explaining all the tests they were performing before my exam, and Kim was amazing in assisting me with choosing the perfect frames! Additionally, Dr. Lanka took the time to explain everything in a way that I could completely grasp. This is definitely the best eye doctor around!

Myeyedoctor Broken Bow has the KINDEST employees. There building is spotless and clean and they really make you feel like you're their only customer when they are with you. Highly recommend, because if you go there, you WILL come out with every thing you need!

10/5 star review!!! If I could I'd give them 10 stars. I work for a multi-billion dollar company and the HR department can't find my policy #, they can't tell me how to access or find it...... It took the front desk ladies 45 seconds to do what a dozen employees at my company couldn't do after 2 weeks. Find my insurance policy information!!! Bless them 1000% I fully expected to drop a couple grand because I wanted to purchase multiple pairs of glasses and a years supply of contacts. Because they found my insurance I paid less than a 900 and saved about 900. The dr was super top notch. He was very thorough with my exam and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Helped with contacts as it's been years since I've used them. The lady who helped with glasses totally understands her assignment. It took 15 mins to pick out all my frames!! She was on point!! Showed me exactly what I described and gave me feedback on which pair looked good on my face. Done and out faster than I ever have!! Loved it!!!

This place is amazing while visiting the area. We realize my daughter forgot her contacts within an hour. Lisa had us taken care of and out the door. Highly recommend this place

This place is amazing! Lisa explained plans when I was there with my mom and I chose probably the best eye insurance I've ever had. Kim, spent forever with me choosing frames. I was not able to purchase them ultimately but that was not the fault of them or my insurance. Tasha did a great job with the part of my exam she did. The Dr was great as well. Thank you for fabulous service!!

I can highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Broken Bow. The frame of my eyeglasses broke, and after calling my eye doctor in Texas, I found out that my prescription had expired. I thought I'd need a new eye exam and new glasses. Lisa was super helpful and came up with the idea of finding a new frame that would fit my existing lenses. She spent a lot of time searching through their many frames until she found a perfect match. She even helped me get the best deal on the new frame. I'm very happy with my new glasses--and I actually like this new frame even better than my old one!

While on vacation, my son lost both sets of his contact lenses, and we were in a bit of a panic. Thankfully, we found this amazing optometrist who went above and beyond to help us out on short notice. They were kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating--making what could've been a stressful situation so much easier. If I could make this office my home optometrist, I absolutely would! Their level of care and attention was better than what we've experienced even back home. Truly grateful for the compassion and service--we'll remember this experience for a long time!
