From the second I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The front staff were kind, friendly, and down-to-earth--no attitude, no awkwardness, just real people who actually care. The energy in the office was calm, warm, and comfortable, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Evans took his time with me, explained things clearly, and treated me with so much respect. He didn't rush through the exam or talk over me like I've experienced at other places. You can tell he cares about people--not just prescriptions. What also stood out? Their pricing is the most reasonable I've seen, and not once did I feel pressured to buy expensive upgrades or add-ons I didn't need. Dr. Dean & his staff are so kind. They are quick to welcome me & make me feel comfortable while I'm there. Dr. Evans is knowledgeable & professional, but very personable as well. I prefer to shop at Dr. Evan's office for my eyewear, as the atmosphere is pleasant and no one rushes me to make selections. I also appreciate the way Dr. Evan's staff is quick to answer my questions, and so sweet about helping me make choices when I feel the need to try on every pair of glasses they have displayed! I intend to be a repeat customer for years to come!

I've been going to his office for quite awhile now and I love it. Everyone is super friendly and Dr. Evans is always so nice and personable. The wait is never very long so you can get in and out pretty quickly.

Dr . Evans is an amazing eye to go to. He is very kind and helps you to understand the exam . His staff is cheerful , always smiling , and makes you feel welcomed. They are great when it comes to helping you pick frames for your glasses and helping pick the right contacts for your eyes.

Dr. Evans and his staff are wonderful. They take pride in their work, they are always smiling, and take the time to ensure the patient's needs are met, as well as, making useful suggestions when needed. I do not plan to ever use another optometrist. I would highly recommend using him to anybody that likes a great experience.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! They were very patient in helping my son with new contacts. They also have a huge selection of frames. We're very fortunate to have Dr. Evans in Chandler!
