Kennedy Eyecare

First time here. Wonderful experience! Each staff member, from front desk and on ward, was knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt like a valued customer. The first part of the exam, physical check of the eyes with machines, went quickly and smoothly. The staff member was friendly in tone, and gave precise instructions that were easy to understand and follow. Once in the exam chair, I found Dr Carlin to be warm, down to earth, and very skilled. She explained more about the MGD I have, than had previous Dr's. She was easy to understand and also gave me a clearer understanding of floaters. The glasses tech was encouraging, delightful and efficient. There is a nice, not huge, but nice, selection of frames. I was drawn to the Pairs display, frames with multiple magnetic frame faces available. Having seen them online I was excited to see them available. I believe this was the most time efficient Optometrist office I've ever visited. They knew their business, the computer work was much quicker than usual, yet I never felt rushed, was encouraged to take my time in my selection of frame. All in all, totally satisfied and encourage anyone looking for a new eye doctor to give this office a try.

Kennedy Eye Care was an absolutely amazing experience. All the staff were so kind. Special thank you to tje lady who helped me pick out my new frames. Thank you for your patience. I would definitely recommend Kennedy Eye Care, and will go back the next time I need a check up or new glasses.

The nurses, receptionist and Dr Carlin were awesome with my dad, he's 78 and was scared to go. They made him feel better and explained things really well. He was glad he went. He got affordable glasses ordered and had great help picking them out just as the Dr. Recommended he needed. They're great!

I chose to give Kennedy Eye Care a shot because they are such big supporters of our schools. I don't think I've been to an event yet that Kennedy hasn't had a hand in being a sponsor! Investing in our children is investing in their future and I appreciate that so much! No regrets! Staff was quick, kind and helpful!

The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. The practice is very updated, but small enough to still feel personal. I had a great experience and will continue to use Dr Carlin as long as I'm in the area.

Pre-exam testing was thorough. Dr. Kennedy was pleasant, listened to my concerns, performed a thorough exam and discussed his concerns and solutions with me. Dr Kennedy and all the staff were kind, attentive and thorough!! I highly recommend the Kennedy Eye Care in Checotah!!!
