Cleveland Vision Center - Dr. Lisa McGinnis

The people are nice but I spent $325.00 on a pair of glasses. Approximately 6 weeks the frames broke in 2 places while wearing them. I had to buy another frame I wasn't fond of because of the shape of the lens. Same frames different color same problem. 3 weeks later while reading I heard a pop and the frames snapped just like the first pair. The frames are defective. I won't buy another of the same so I will take my script and buy a new pair of glasses at a different place. I should have about $800.00 invested in a pair of glasses I can wear. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

I wish i had gotten her name, but one nurse that always calls the patients back, ALWAYS mess's up my exams. She has no clue what she is doing and is trying to act like the doctor. Will not be back

As someone who has lived most of my life in Tulsa and bigger cities, I was shocked at the kindness and genuine attitude i received from the staff. They were considerate and kind, with geniune smiles . I had brought my own frames, a pair lent to me by my grandmother . When they went to put the lenses in, they were afraid of breaking the frames so one of the staff had took her own initiative to find me frames ( within my insurance budget too) that fit the style I liked, similar in color and details. The frames I had were red, rectangular glasses with ornate flowers on the arms of the sides and bejeweled. The staff member picked three different pairs with similar detailing. I actually ended up liking the ones she picked better ! In conclusion, maybe that's how eye doctors are supposed to be , I don't know . But I found it very endearing and sweet how they considered me . Best place all round ( plus, their office is very cute!) Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I had picked my glasses in the case I didn't like any in the shop, which I didn't. Seems like there's very little difference in each pair, most are round/cat eye glasses and all look the same besides color. I'd love to see more of a variety of frame shapes on display.

DR.McGinnis and her Staff are Wonderful I have been and worked at other eye facilities while they run you in and out. The Team here take pride and care in the Health for your eyes, Thank you for All that You and your Team do I will be bringing everyone I know here!

I picked out these amazing glasses and I'm getting them soon I love the people that work there they're so nice I love Dr.Fielding.

Best place around to have personal eye care and to be treated like a person not a number in line!
