The staff at the Eye Center are accommodating, always go above & beyond. I called last minute to move my appointment up the night before & they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Listened to every word I said, calmed every nerve with his/her answers, efficiently & effortlessly knew where & what I was looking for, and gave the most exceptionally thorough care like the good Lord intended for us. Such wonderful people! I'm a former patient (changed insurance) but I came back when a screw got lost in my old glasses. They immediately fixed it and cleaned my glasses for no charge. So grateful for them and will definitely be bringing my daughter for eye exams here!

Sad to write this review, I thought highly of them til last week.
The front desk and optics department are horrific.
They refused new frame and lens. So I am stuck with no glasses until December 2026. I am straining to see and having headaches. Here is the story.
I reached out to Connie and Carrie they were horrific.
I recieved my glasses in January 2026, they looked crooked on my face and I told them they were not right, I was told to wear them a few days and let them know.
Well, I wore them a few days still no good. Started looking at the frames and they have 2 different temples. I called they agreed to change frame. New frame has same defect.
I called they wanted me to bring in again. I told them manufacturer defect.
They refused new frame and lens. So I am stuck with no glasses until December 2026.

The assistant that checked me in and did most of the examination was very nice and helpful. The doctor did seem interested a bit of a rush, but was also very good at what he did. The lady who helped me pick my glasses was very patient and knowledgeable though the selection could have been more diverse. They basically do it in the old method of what happens to be on the shelf rather than a more modern virtual try-on method.
