I scheduled an appointment for my children at 8 am and was assured we would be out by 830 since we're the first appointment and i had to get another child to norman by 915. I wouldnt have scheduled with such time constraints but the receptionist guaranteed me the first appointment of the day goes fast since theres no one ahead of me. At 8:40, the eye doctor still wasn't even in the building and no one knew where she was. So I had to leave without completing the appointment. It's frustrating to schedule an appointment that I'm expected to be on time to but then doctors can't even attempt to be on time and I'm still responsible for the bill.
