My husband needed help with his glasses & didn't to drive clear the VA. Piedmont Vision took care of him & didn't even charge him Very nice & professional. Highly recommend them

It had been a 24+ months since my previous eye Dr visit.my previous Dr retired in a different state... I tried to stay local and I have VSP insurance (decent). I am excited about my checkups at this clinic. As soon as I walked in the door I felt the warmth and kindness of the office staff ladies! From the moment I entered the exam area to the visit with doc to the check out of my visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! Im so glad I get the best care for the money!!! This place is right for me and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Fortunately they are close to where I live and work... They even chatted with my daughter and she is bragging about the candy she got... Not to mention she now wants an iPad after watching the one in clinic. Looking forward to next visit. Had a great experience here bringing in my elderly father in for an eye checkup. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Brownlee and his nursing staff immediately set my father at ease quickly and Dr. Brownlee went above and beyond in assessing the eyesight issues that my father has been experiencing, spending quite a bit of time with him. Dr. Brownlee was a great listener and made my father feel appreciated, and the Doctor was a wonderful communicator - he explained things so that both my father and I could understand. At the conclusion of our visit we have a clear plan for moving forward to address my father's eyesight issues, and my father is looking forward to his follow up visit. That's a big deal, as my father usually does not like any sort of doctor visit. Thanks very much Dr. Brownlee and staff. I would highly recommend this business, we'll be back!

Front desk has horrible communication. When I took my son the older guy at the front was confused about paperwork and patients. I thought it was cute that he was puttering around the office and the gal was helping him process patients. So I booked my appointment for a few weeks later. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, diet controlled, no damage, very mild. The office missed this on the paperwork and did not explain my insurance coverage we got hit with a surprise cost of $170.00, because vision insurance wouldn't cover our claim. We had another emergency expense come up so we were tight on money this week until Friday and let them know this is unexpected. The guy at the front of the office basically got loud, rude, and insinuated we wouldn't pay our bill if we left. He reminded me of my Grandma with dementia where they get overtly angry for no reason when I asked him to explain where the charges were coming from. Just paid the bill and left. Don't be swindled by this old man's incompetence go somewhere else.

Dr. Brownlee is great. He knows his stuff and the staff is great too. They have a large selection of glasses. I strongly recommend giving them a try.

We have seen Dr Brownlee since he had an office on the south side of OKC. Then he moved to Piedmont and we now drive 64 miles round trip to see him. He's that good. Dr Brownlee is through, professional and caring. His office staff is too. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Piedmont Vision Center.
